Oxy-cutting

In our new custom designed plant we have installed an 8000 m2 flame-cutting shop that guarantees optimum productivity and efficient logistics.
Our five cutting machines are equipped with a minimum of 8 torches per machine, automatic positioning, gas pressure regulator and flame guard. This automatic flame guard enables us to realise an optimum cutting process in combination with the possibility to cut unmanned. The total length of our cutting-tables is about 150 meters; 53 meters per machine in length and a maximum width of 6 meters. We can cut material up to 300 mm in thickness.

By using a 3-torch head installed on one of the machines we are able to add any weld preparation in one cutting-motion.
